As an actor, Tusshar has really honed his skills brilliantly. Despite his slow but steady progression, this 'guy-next-door' is getting accolades for his outstanding performance and has been attributed as 'a star to watch out for' in the future...
My journey till date...I will not say that I am satisfied, but I am happy with my career graph to a great extent. This is a cut throat industry and only some directors will really take interest in you. You have to take care of your own self and work hard to make your character come alive on screen; be focused on your work and be fit.
Being labelled as a comic hero...That is because I have done a lot of comedy and also all
Golmaal series movies are a major hit. People always remember you by your last success. It feels great that my character
'Lucky' has been so well received. I really enjoy comedy and I am very comfortable doing it. However, I believe that an actor should do a variety of roles and should not restrict himself.
As a person...I always wanted to be an actor. In fact, I have even assisted David Dhawan in few of his directorial ventures. I have always been in love with films and am not an introvert at all. However, I am not a socialite or a Page 3 guy. Yes, I do attend parties and stuff but you won't see me everywhere. Being visible is important in this profession but I believe in being strong as a person as that is what eventually comes across.
Being the son of a legendry father...Whatever I have achieved as an actor in this industry has been achieved by my own efforts, not because of my family's support or background. People should judge me for who I am and not in comparison to what my father or my sister has done. People don't know the fact that my dad achieved his success in 35 years. I still have many years to go in my career, so the success ratio should not be compared.
My dream role...Well, my dream role has yet to come, so don't know when it will happen. If I could get such a chance then I will definitely choose my father’s film
Farz because it was a super duper hit and was really the talk of the town those days.
TV serial or reality show!!! No re... I may host a talk show or a game show but won't act in serials or reality shows.
Marriage? Now!!!...Not yet. Marriage is a very serious thing. I need to know the person very well. I am open to a serious relationship. Love is blind, so your love interest should be somebody completely different from the one that you fall in love head over heels with. She should be innocent, fun loving and emotional. More than anything, we should have similar interests.
