Ritu Kumar, considered as a revivalist in Indian fashion industry, her designs reflect the ancient traditions of Indian craftsmanship in a contemporary vocabulary and her understanding of ancient designs and the innovative use of traditional crafts has created a new classicism.

Presenting a look reminiscent of European fashion from the 60’s and 70’s. The look harks back to the flower power feel with full length maxis, shifts and spaghetti’s. The coup de tat of the show is the originality of the fabric textures and their use.
