The designer duo called their collection 'Happily Unmarried', where the women walked in joyous and cheerful tones of oranges, blues and greys signifying freedom and liberty.

Hemant & Nandita's Spring Summer 2012 collection started with plenty of abstract digital prints inspired from trees and bushes in a mix ‘n’ match of black, faint orange, purple and chalk blue. The dresses had body hugging bodice while gathered skirts flared into cocoon like shapes highlighting the waist.

The funky digital prints were predominantly seen in quilted jackets; sheer chiffon tops teamed with high-waisted shorts as well as jumpsuits with centre-front opening and added sleeve details. Later, purple made way for yellow and grey in body hugging suits and straight fit dresses.

The digital prints were supported by transparency of sheer organza and appliqué details. Jackets with notch collars were pristinely tailored out of sheer fabric. The collection boasts a variety of skirts, shirts, trousers, tubes, maxi dresses, jumpsuits and capes with digital printing dominating the surface.

Adding to the glamour were embroidery, appliqué and beads in fabrics like crepe, organza, flat chiffon, cotton silk and cotton satin.
