Bollywood maverick Karan Johar and fashion designer Varun Bahl have jointly launched their fashion label with a spectacular spring-winter line at the luxury store 'Muse' in Mumbai.
The brand is a first of its kind collaborative effort between the famed director and acclaimed fashion designer.
Speaking on the occasion, Karan Johar said, "I have always been interested in the aesthetics of fashion. This label in collaboration with my close friend Varun Bahl allows me to bring to life my ideas and thoughts for the stylish urban male."
Karan Johar + Varun Bahl Label was announced and given a platform in last year's HDIL Couture week. Going forward, it will be shortly available in the quality stores across the country and internationally.
The collection presents both Western wear and Indian wear along with a wide spectrum of men's accessories, which include cuff links, ties and shoes among others.
"I am very excited with what we have created and I hope people will react to our designs enthusiastically," said Varun Bahl.
The label will offer trousseau lines, smart casuals and formal wear. It will embody the best in men's fashion and will attempt to create a spectacular language of fashion and style.
