Sofia Hayat is making headlines in India. She has been working on projects in the UK, and more recently has stormed Bollywood. After being offered her first Bollywood film In January 2011, she even went on to sign 3 more the same year, and is one of the most googled Bollywood celebrities in India.
In just 3 days, Sofia's birthday celebrations got 778,000 hits and rising! She has performed on some the greatest stages in the UK, including The Royal ALbert Hall, and in India has performed with the top names.
She released her album independently in the UK and achieved top 15 success, and now India is not only interested in her acting abilities, but also her singing and song writing. She has already written and recorded a song for her next movie project.
Sofia has become a phenomenon in India and has fallen in love with the country. She is currently shooting alongside Kay Kay Menon, who is India's most renowned actors, and also Raj Zutchi, from

Sofia always wanted to tread the boards in LA, but Bollywood came calling. "Bollywood is so much more glamourous, and fun, I get to sing, dance and act to my hearts content, and I love the country, I am finally back to my roots." "I have just got back from Thailand where we shot A Goodnight, I am back in London for Xmas, then back to India. I can't keep away," she added.
